Product: HP Zbook x2 g4
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
After screen replacement my HP Zbook x2 g4 does not detect HP pen and Quick keys on sides of screen do not work (no menu shown)
Touch options of the screen works fine.
HP pen tested on galaxy phone - works fine.
Seems like Wacom driver / HP control panel issue but multiple install/reinstall attempts of various versions does not help.
Under device manager I see "OEM device" with yellow triangle and under device status
"This device cannot start (Code 10) STATUS_DEVICE_DARA_ERROR"
hardware ID of device ACPI\VEN_WCOM&DEV-002E
please help
