Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Necesito usar el lapiz de HP por primera vez, vi un video en internet y dice que para sincronizarlo es necesario entrar por HP Create control panel pero no esta instalado en mi PC, como puedo sincronizar el lapiz con el pc para poder usarlo?
