I am trying to add my HP Envy 6420e Printer to my HP Assistant Product List but when I put in the SN, it says it is already added to another account. (I had to reinstall my printer due to WiFi connection issues prior to this new issue).

I do not have another account. I am not sure how to go about fixing this. When I used the QR code that is on the printer, it took me to my Account and I can see ALL my added products including the Printer. But using the Desktop and Laptop, the product is not there, regardless to being the same account details.

How can i fix? Also, what other possible account can there be? Im thinking an Admin one, which I have no clue about.

Any help appreciated.
