Product: HP ENVY Laptop 15-ep0123TX
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, I bought HP ENVY Laptop 15-ep0123TX 4 days ago, I was wondering what battery backup time it should give during normal usage with minimal applications on this laptop. Right now I am having less than 2 hours of battery backup and I am sure this is not up to the mark for a 6cells battery. Any suggestions, What is wrong?
