Product: HP Pav Gaming Notebook 15-dk0272TX
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I opted for HP Festive Offer ..sent all the documents....like  1)photo of invoice 2) id proof  3) photo of barcode sticker. but in my barcode sticker the barcode  isn't printed properly , but  EN number is printed properly. so these guys kept me on hold because the barcode isn't printed properly, what should i do.....I don't want to loose such a good offer.??? and also m not able to contact them ,they are also not calling me ....and today is the last date of submission of documents please help
