Product: HP EliteBook 840 G3 Notebook PC

I am getting this error.

I have installed hotkey driver available on HP's website but this error is still showing up whenever I try to adjust brightness using hotkey, meanwhile the hotkey for volume adjustment is working fine.

 

I searched online and found this link: https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Notebooks-Knowledge-Base/Update-HP-Hotkey-UWP-Service/ta-p/8356241

and downloaded the file provided but no luck.

I also installed this: https://ftp.hp.com/pub/caps-softpaq/cmit/softpaq/CASLSetup.exe

but the problem is still there.

 

My Laptop is HP EliteBook 840 G3 and my OS is Windows 11 Pro version 22000.1219
