Product: HP EliteDesk 800 G4-Tower PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

We have about 20 PCs in a company network and use fixed IP adresses between 15.11.13.1 and 15.11.13.254.

We cannot get a connection to HP FTP resources using HP Image Assistant 5.0.2 and HP Support Assistant!

Of course we have internet access from all PCs but this Internet access seems not to be valid using the HP software.

It is also not possible to download any drivers from the support.hp.com internet pages.

 

If I use anaothe notebook that gets the internet access by using a WLAN Hotspot using DHCP assigned IP address then everything is working.

 

Why do our fixed IP address range does not work with HP Support and HP FTP pages?

Other PCs like Dell can be updated using their Support software - there is no problem with our fixed IP addresses.
