Softpaq Download Manager was 1000 times better than this program. This program is great for creating softpaqs to install in a brand new image, but it SUCKS for updating drivers after the image has been installed.
After I have installed Windows 10, and HP releases, or Microsoft forces a new update due to the SaaS crap and how Microsoft forces things to rely on each other so you are having to update Drivers/BIOS/Firmware every week just to allow Windows to run properly. I do not want to have to be imaging 6K machines every week. I want to be able to download the updates thru them into my SSM system, and have the PC's run the SSM batch file on boot and update themselves without me having to do anything.
With Image Assistant, I can't update a single PC to test these new updates because 1. there is no way to get the system to tell me which files need to be updated, because it will not do a check for update. 2. I have to guess, which means I am spending hours of my time researching drivers instead of managing my environment.
