Dear All,

I just ordered my Laptop, but did not pay attention during the order and i received it today and found out that Windows 10 is not installed.

What is the best solution for me here?

Do you think that HP Support can provide me with a free copy of Windows 10?

If not, what do you suggest?

I dont want the private Service guys to temper with this brand new Laptop.

hi

This computer being delivered without windows 10 hp will certainly not give a valid key for free
you can always ask them
if not, you have the option of purchasing a windows 10 key.
you will find drivers here then:
