Product: HP Thunderbolt G2 combo cable 230W
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

HP Laptop with Windows 11, model no.14-cf2509na & HP Thunderbolt G2 combo cable 230W not connecting and no display is coming through or any USB ports working no white light flashing on the dock. Even when connecting no prompts coming for pairing or any Setup Wizards coming but laptop being charged. 

 

Please ask any questions if I have missed something as this my first ever post on any technical forum .

The specs of your machine is

It does NOT have Thunderbolt™ 3 in the first place. It only has

 

1 SuperSpeed USB Type-C® 5Gbps signaling rate; 2 SuperSpeed USB Type-A 5Gbps signaling rate; 1 HDMI 1.4; 1 RJ-45; 1 AC smart pin; 1 headphone/microphone combo
