HP Notebook – 15-bs029nh - Hotkeys are not working

Dear HP Community,

I recently installed Windows 10 64 bit (1903) to one of my client's laptop:

HP Notebook – 15-bs029nh

For some reason none of the HP Support Assistant could recognise the neccessery driver for the laptop hot keys, but neither any automatic driver installer. Furthermore on the HP product site there is no sign of any hotkey driver which I could install.

Could you please advise how can I make the hotkeys work?

I recall my client said that the kotkeys were woring fine before - and the laptop came with the same OS, however the MBR FS and hence the whole Windows became corrupted, I had to reinstall it.

Hi:

The only suggestion I can offer if the graphics driver is installed and whatnot, would be to install this software which enables the hotkeys.
