HP Notebook

Hi @Kaimanu

Thank you for joining the HP Forums!

I understand that your keyboard is drifting anytime you get near your HP Notebook. I am happy to look into this for you!

What is the product number for your HP Notebook? How Do I Find My Model Number, Serial Number or Product Number?

What version of Windows are you using? http://www.whatsmyos.com.

For now, please try our HP Support Assistant, and let me know what happens!
