Hello i bought the brand new Omen 15 laptop 15 days ago with 1 YEAR International Warranty
Since 3 days it was freezing on Adobe Premiere Video Editing so i thought its a windows issue so i tried to reinstall windows and now even windows got removed and it getting freeze on new windows installation too
I didn't expect such issues with a worth $1300 Brand new gaming laptop
I can't claim warranty as i'm in Pakistan and i have to ship the laptop to HP UAE for warranty claim and it will cost me $400 total for shipping so any recommendation? I will appreciate if anyone helps as i just bought this machine to do video editing for my freelancing work but in only 15 days it started to show issues
Any help will be appreciated!
Specs:
Intel Core i5-9300h Quad Core
Nvidia Geforce 1660 Ti
8 GB RAM
512 GB NVMe SSD
I did not upgraded anything in it and its brand new

UPDATE!
I have tried installing windows on my HDD and it got installed successfully without any issues and that installation on NVMe M.2 is being freezed
Could it be issue in M.2 NVMe SSD? Should i replace it?

I reviewed your post and I understand that the computer is freezing.
Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.
I recommend you run a system test on the computer to make sure whether it is a software or a hardware issue. Based on the result we can take the next course of action.
Refer to the below article for detailed steps.

Let me know how it goes and you have a great day!

Hello there thankyou for replying.
I already resolved that by replacing my NVMe SSD which was SK Hynix 512 GB from HP Default in my laptop but i now changed it to Samsung 970 NVMe and system is now working great with it but anyways i just noticed that previous NVMe SSD got failed due to overheating so what things can i do to protect a NVMe from overheating? Since its a laptop not a PC so i cant even get a heatsink for NVMe so any suggestions?
Thankyou.

Perfect, I am really glad to hear that!
There is nothing much you can do about it other than making sure that the laptop is ventilated properly.
Cheers!
