@Macejdo,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

In order that I may provide you with an accurate solution, I will need a few more details and I would appreciate if you could, perhaps elaborate on your concern.

  • What is the exact model for your computer?
  • Do you want to control the temperature manually?
  • What is the exact issue you are facing?
  • Have you performed any troubleshooting steps before posting?

Look forward to hearing from you and you have a great day!

Take care.

Cheers!

Hi there.

My laptop IS Hp pavilon gaming 15-cx0035nc

I am writing because when i charge my notebook, after 5 minutes of gaming its became to hot.

I update my drivers and BIOS and almost everything what IT could be updated. I reader more forums about too hot devices but it doesn't work for me.

And if IT was possible to regulate or get lower temperature or just control fan speed it wouuld be Nice.

Sorry for my english iam just learning.

@Macejdo,

Thank you for the information.

What is the BIOS version installed on your computer?

Meanwhile, I recommend you install all the Windows updates (Including optional) and check if it helps.

Here is how it is done.

  1. Select the Start (Windows) button from the bottom-left corner.
  2. Go to settings (gear icon).
  3. Select the Update and Security icon.
  4. Choose Windows Update tab in the sidebar (Circular arrows)
  5. Select Check for updates. If there is an available update, it will begin downloading automatically.

Let me know how it goes and you have a great day!

If you wish to show appreciation for my efforts, mark my post as Accept as Solution. Your feedback counts!

Cheers!
