If you need a complete recovery kit including the operating system, you can purchase the applicable kit from this vendor at the link below:  One is for Vista Basic and one is for Vista Home Premium.

 

HP/Hewlett Packard and Compaq Recovery CDs brought to you by Computer Surgeons - Archives for end of...

 

If you just need the software and drivers, HP has retired support for the model series, but this reputable 3rd party driver website has them.
