Product: HP Pavillion dv6 Entertainment PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Hi Everyone: If I unplug my laptop it shuts down immediately. I was using another laptop but the network went on it and decided to switch to this one. The battery won't charge in this one. I have used it before. I was using thsi computer as a backup and it always charged before. But now won't charge. 

 

Any suggestions on what I can look at please? Thank you
