Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Brought this laptop on 2nd Sept but the warranty shows its in use from April and the warranty remaining is 7 months reached support they asked for the invoice. Provided the same but there is no update since then

Welcome to the HP Community Forum.

 

The process to update the online status is not as fast as expected (or hoped).

Having submitted your request, it would be ideal if the online status quickly updated.

 

The general "solution" is to wait.  I realize that is not what you want.

 

That said,

Do you need service?  That is, do you need to contact HP Support to submit a claim for Warranty Repair?

 

If yes, and the online status is preventing you from submitting a case, do let us know and we can send a request.
