Hello, looking for help. When I purchased my laptop a couple years back I had called customer support at HP twice to assure that the specific model I was purchasing supported the HP Pen. When I purchased the laptop it came with a bunch of pen supporting software so I figured it was all good.

I purchased a used pen off of EBay shortly afterwards and when it didn’t work I assumed it was the pen. I recently purchased another pen but now the pen control software says that it isn’t compatible. I can’t seem to find anything on pens that are compatible with my laptop and I’m scared I purchased a $700 laptop that doesn’t work with any of the pens.

Any information would be helpful.
