Product: Pavilion
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Have uninstalled and reinstalled HP support assistant several times.  Support assistant starts up and looks fine, but when I try to run the Performane Checkup, the HP survey window pops up and the Performance Checkup window does not open up. Has anyone had this issue and have you resolved it?
