Product: HP Elite 850 G5
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP Support Assistant keeps informing me that there is an important update for HP Security Manager, however while all other updates (prior to and following the HP Security Manager update) install correctly despite many attempts at installing the update I keep getting  error message #1722 ie "there is a problem with this windows installer package". I was initially told it was a bug in the update, then to install direct via the file rather than HP Support Assistant however the problem still persists. I've looked for the file HP Security Manager that is to be updated upon my laptop but can't readily locate it - perhaps this is the issue ie the initial file is not actually present so thus can't be updated?
