Hi,
I sent my computer in a few weeks ago to fix my Harddrive. I got it back yesterday and it works great, however, I went to plug it in to charge it at school and the charger doesn't fit. I noticed that this new charger has a yellow end and isn't even the right size for my computer. Also, I know it isn't the right cord because my other one had a blue end with an open circle which fit perfectly in my computer; in addition, my sister has the exact same computer and her charger is like my old one. So, I know for fact that HP sent me the wrong (and different) cord. How do I get them to replace it and give me the correct cord?
Also, my warranty expired yesterday, the day I got it back. So, I will not accept HP charging me any money for them screwing something up.
Thanks,
ProSn1pe19
