I have a Spectre x360 with windows 10. It freezes several times a day, especially after I put in on sleep, what can I do?

I have a Spectre X360 also and do not have those issues.
- What programs are you tunning when it freezes/crashes?
- Does it also blue screen or give an error code?
- Are you running Windows 10?
- Post the Full model number or product number also.
There could be many reasons for it doing this. It may be faster in the long run to simply return the laptop back to factory settings. That means running a Recovery that will reinstall Windows to the way it was when you first bought it.
Backup any important files first.
