I'm getting a 'Server Connection Issue' error whenever I try to use the HP Support Assistant's services.

I reviewed your post and I understand that you are getting a connection error when using HP support assistant.

 

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

 

What type of Internet connection are you using? (Like Broadband, Mobile Hotspot)

What is your Internet connection speed?

 

Meanwhile, I recommend you uninstall HP support assistant from your computer and then download and install it from the below link and check if it helps.
