When I run HP Support assistant, it comes back showing no updates. I can run HP Image Assistant and it shows the BIOS is out of date, so I know that HP Support assistant should be showing at least that update.
This is a fresh install of Windows, and it has been working fine right up until this last month, then no PC's have been showing any updates with fresh installs.
Has anyone else seen this problem?
Thanks in advance,

What is the specific problem?
The latest update is for an Ethernet Device 01 MAR 2018, and the BIOS has a firmware update
HP Firmware Pack
|01.02.04 Rev.A||14.3 MB||Jan 30, 2018|
The Support Assistant may be in error. The OS could be in error.

What did you not understand with my question?
The specific error is just what I wrote:
I open up HP Support Assistant, click on Updates, click 'Check for updates and messages', and then No updates show up.
If I open HP Image Assistant, it shows as updates available.
So why are no updates showing in Support Assistant? I am running the latest version.

I also put a ticket into HP directly, and have heard from them.
They said from Redstone 4 (coming in May), we will no longer get computer updates from HP Support Assistant. All the updates (even BIOS) will come through Microsoft update.
They said seeing no updates now in Support Assistant is expected.

I thought your logic or premise flawed. With no updates available there were none to be done.
