Product: Hp Victus rtx 3050
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

pls help me after opening office and signing in it doesnt show me the option to activate it 

i asked hp support live chat agents they sent me some useless links and then just ignored me 

btw office was preinstalled on my device

AND also i dont have the trial version option aswell
