Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a HP x350  2019 that is overheating and one i boot up the laptop it will startup for 10 seconds and then shut down. Please can you point me in the wright direction for a fix for this issue thanks.

I reviewed your post and I understand that the computer is overheating and shutting down.

I had tried the attached steps you have provided and i found by updating the following driver below has sorted out the issue for  my case issue. Hopefully this can help others in the quest to fix the over heating Fan issue. Take care and stay safe.

lease update the following drivers.

 

 

1, BOIS-   HP Firmware Pack  (Q90) : https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp110501-111000/sp110723.exe

 

2, Driver Chipset - Intel Dynamic Platform and Thermal Framework Driver : https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp95001-95500/sp95216.exe

 

3, Firmware  -  Intel Management Engine Driver : https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp110501-111000/sp110990.exe

 

Essential System Updates for Microsoft Windows 10 : 

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp94501-95000/sp94876.exe
