Product: HP Zbook 17 G3

I've got a HP ZBOOK 17 G3 with the following problems:

Whenever I try to boot it has a black screen with the caps lock blinking and the fan going fast. From time to time the laptop would boot up but after a few minutes of working it would get a DPC WATCHDOG VIOLATION error and go again to restarting with a black screen. 

How can I fix this? Would reinstalling Windows on it fix the problem? 

Please note that the SSD I have inside of it is empty, not brand-new but nothing of importance on it.
