Thank you for posting in the HP Support Community.

 

The code you provided has been checked and it tells me that this is USB port failure. This may require hardware repair/service for the laptop.

 

If there are other USB ports which work, you may just ignore this problem and use the other ports.

If this bugs you, you need to reach to Support team and bring the PC to a service for repairs.

Предоставленный вами код был проверен, и он говорит мне, что это сбой USB-порта. Это может потребовать ремонта оборудования / обслуживания ноутбука.

Если есть другие порты USB, которые работают, вы можете просто проигнорировать эту проблему и использовать другие порты.

Если это вас не устраивает, вам нужно обратиться в службу поддержки и доставить ПК в сервис для ремонта.
