HP ZBook 17 G5 IDS lagging and freezing during normal work .
for example :
Zbook crashes - freezing for several second when watching youtube then there is a problem with the audio on the computer, restart helps
- while watching movies on players
- when using graphics programs
- listening to music e.g. - Spotify
- while playing games
The computer passes all internal tests correctly e.g : HP PC Diagnostic Hardware, HP Performance Tune,
All drivers are updated with HP Support Assistant
Has anyone experienced similar problems?
The problem occurs from the beginning. I thought that maybe it will disappear after further driver and Windows updates.
Unfortunately, a strong machine - the workstation lags and freezes during simple activities
