Laptop: HP notebook 14 ck2018tu

1. Hp out of warranty service will charge me for any hardware issues and if I have HP care pack beyond manufacturer warranty period then I shouldn't be charged for hardware issues. Am i right?

2. What are the cons of HP smartfriend plan?

3. Doe HP Care pack also include HP smarfriend service?

Welcome to the HP support community.

 

I understand that you want to know about the HP care pack and HP smart friend.

 

1) If you have an HP care pack for your HP products it covers hardware issues as well.

 

2) HP SmartFriend Services provides technical support for computer software, hardware, peripherals, and networking issues over the phone and via online chat for a single designated computer

 

3) HP care pack is different from HP smart friend services.
