HP command center no use

I installed this App from Microsoft Store. I've also installed HP system event utility. The question is, whenever I select an option, it will unselect if I close the App or I click belowed system information and about, and I see no difference whatever thermal mode I choose, they just felt the same. I met overheat issue when I run some programe that heavily use both CPU and GPU because the fan doesn't run in max speed.   Could anyone help me fix this app, so the fan can run in full speed that I don't need to worry about overheat? Thanks a lot.

It might be an update issue in the system itself.

Go to windows All Settings > Update and Security and click the Check for updates button. Even if it shows it up to date. Do this a couple of times until there are no more updates to install.

Open the HP Support Assistant and see if there are any driver updates available. Also check the bios version in the Specifications tab. The bios should be version F 28. If not, download this file and run it... sp95639.exe

If you had to install updates, reboot the PC and try the command center again.
