Product: HP envy

Hi, the hard drive doesn’t appear on my HP laptop. the hard drive is working fine as I tried to open it on MacBook.  Did anyone have the same problem successfully solved ? Thank you

Need to know HOW you are determining that the HP does not recognize the hard drive. Need to know what you are doing and what you are seeing on the screen when you do that.
