HP laptop WORST laptop I have ever owned

Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

This laptop is the WORST laptop I have ever owned.   It takes forever to do anything, locks up all the time.  I’ve had it less than a year and when I contact tech support they want me to call a number where I have to pay for service.  If you have a warranty it should not make you go pay for service before they even look at anything.  Not to mention it took me at least a dozen tries to get through to anyone because it kept kicking me off. Only to have them tell me to call the pay for help line.  I will Never recommend or buy another hp computer
