Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Disk Management shows the Seagate external HD's 2 partitions but Disk Management showed no option to rename the drives which are not shown in My Computer even after laptop reboot.

No, you can't rename the drive. You have to use option to change drive letter. Please use the following guide

Disk Management shows my Seagate grayed out. I cannot make any change.
