Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hello, so back in 2020 I got a HP pavillion gaming laptop and its been doing great. Up until a couple of weeks ago when it suddenly slowed down. I upgraded to windows 11 soon after and cleared storage removed apps I don’t  use and still nothing it has 8GB if RAM but its struggling to even load up the windows menu in under 5 seconds anybody what I could do?
