HP Pavilion x360 - 14-cd0087tu
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have the HP active pen that came with my notebook  (I have checked that this pen is compatible with this notebook)

I believe that the model is 1MR94AA#ABL

The box has the P/N: 905512-001

It has 2 buttons on the body which I am trying to program

I was asked to use HP pen control.  I downloaded the app from Microsoft store but it does not find any compatible pen.  I then downloaded sp82491 containing 2.0.0.26 after reading the HP discussion forum but this too did not help and the changes do not get applied.

Yes, I did contact HP support, submitted my laptop but the technician could not a solution (I seemed to know more than him in this regard), HP said they are escalating the matter and then just NOTHING happened or moved forward after this

I have asked this question on the forum almost 8 months ago and which time there was no solution.  Is there anything I can do about this HP Pen Control??

Thank you

@perfection161, Welcome to HP Support Community!

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).

If you are unfamiliar with how the Forum's private message capability works, you can learn about that here.

Thank you for visiting the HP Support Community.
