HP probook 450 g8
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I havent used it for couple of weeks and now I cant turn it on. I plug adapter in and press turn on button and nothing hapens.

Only there is orange light next to adapter conector. I have already tried unpluging DC adapter but nothing happend. Also cant try that with battery cause it is integrated in and I would not like to open laptop back cause it is not my personal laptop.

Laptop is new and have used it 3 times since I got it 4 months ago.

Hi,

Try performing a power reset (with non-removable battery)

https://support.hp.com/sg-en/document/ish_1997208-1551050-16

Is the notebook under warranty?

Let us know,

David
