Hi,
Today we received our New mobile workstation. During installation it directed us to setup HP Sure Start again and again. So we did it, we setup our password and fingerprint. After the first restart unfortunately we’re stuck at the startup. It doesn’t recognize the password nor the fingerprint. We tried to bootup again and tried hitting esc to enter bios but nothing changed.
Is there a way to skip this Sure Start thing? We’re really pissed of at first day. After using Mac for 15 years, we find this ridiculous.
