when you're using Teams, you are essentially video streaming -- which is one of the most demanding things you can do with a laptop.
If it is freezing, that sounds like a buffering issue -- which is pretty much guaranteed if you are using WiFi.
If you are using Ethernet, it might still be buffering, depending on the screen resolution used.
Unfortunately, we have no way of diagnosing or fixing issues with Teams, as that is a Microsoft product. You will have to contact Microsoft Support for assistance.
