Linux

Hello, this is my first post so forgive me if I make some mistake.

Now for the problem. I'm using Linux Mint (19.3) and I need a Windows 10 virtual machine. I can create and start one without any problems. But some software applications inside the VM require hardware virtualization (example: 3ds max). My processor is intel core i7-8565U and supports hardware virtualization, I also checked in BIOS and VT-x and VT-d are both enabled.

I tried both virtualbox and vmware, both are unable to create a virtual machine with hardware virtualization (option is grayed out). Without it, I get inversed graphics in those applications.

Please someone help me diagnose and solve this problem, it's affecting my work.

Thanks in advance
