Product: HP ENVY 17t-j000 Quad Edition CTO Notebook PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When I attempt to run the hardware diagnostics, either from support assistant or from the hard drive, it fails to start.  A dialog box opens. See screen print.  I have uninstalled and reinstalled the program, but keep getting the same results.  Any sugges
