Hi I have 8h repair support but it seems imposible to either speak to them or even follow up arepair that has not fixed the problem. I once did it through ringing a sales number.

Give them a call tomorrow and see if they can direct you to the right party...

Thanks Paul. Didget through but great trouble locating the my case.  there are three or more posible numbers ,serial number repair nuber etc.
