Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

I am having problems with not being able to sync my p.c. with my Microsoft acct so that will be able to access the Cloud and access the Microsoft store? I made a new Microsoft email which is different from the Gmail I'm using. I understand that this doesnt matter? And I have tried several times changing the email access with Microsoft but for months microsoft says that this service to switch emails to be able to access this is out of service at this time? I`m not real computer literate so please know this upfront.

This just is not something we can do.

 

You need to fix / change / update your Microsoft Account with Microsoft.

 

Start Here:

Change the email address or phone number for your Microsoft account

 

Read everything.

If still not "there" , that is, you cannot do what is required, or the instructions do not apply - or you just need help

then

Near the bottom of the page, Click "How can we help you?"

Continue and follow whatever instructions are provided...
