I am experiencing a problem with my laptop's battery. It drains unusually quickly, even during light usage such as browsing the internet or working on documents. When fully charged, the battery lasts only about 1-2 hours, which is significantly less than expected. Additionally,  I have tried reducing the screen brightness, disabling unnecessary background processes, and ensuring all drivers and the operating system are up to date, but the issue persists.

I kindly request assistance in diagnosing and resolving this issue, as it is impacting the usability of my laptop.
