Welcome to the HP Community.

I am sorry this happened to you.

The simple answer = "HP does not track lost or stolen computers."

The longer answer

"IF you had prepared ahead of time", then Maybe the computer could be tracked.

IF you had switched on Windows Find my Device when you still had the computer in your possession,

Microsoft Support – Find and lock a Windows Device

IF you had purchased and installed PC tracking / locking software ahead of time (when you still had the computer):

Optional Coverage – Absolute Track and Lock

Do consider reporting the theft to your local authorities.

If the police find a pile of stolen computers and you have provided the police with your information, it might help catch the thieves and / or get your property back.

If you have device / property insurance, this is a good time to call your Insurance agent.
