This Hewlett-Packard - USB - 10/7/2018 12:00:00 AM - 48.1.4365.18280 appears in the Windows Update sections of Windows 11. i am not sure on Windows 10. 

Mine just disappeared but it was annoying and not sure it was necessary. 

HP Smart works fine for me.
