Hi , My product number on the laptop is 6MQ61ES#ACQ, but it hp say's that it is invalid , pls help

Yes, I'm not seeing that as valid either.  I see 6MQ61EAR, and 6MQ61EA as valid...

 

Have you tried going to HP Computer Support site, and use the "Detect my Product" option?

 

How about the HP Support Assistant?  Does it report the same number?  If you have your Serial Number, you can enter it at the same link I gave you above.  (DO NOT post the serial# here!)
