@Beatrice1810,

Your laptop is fitted with an Intel Core i5 11th gen processor that requires the Windows installer to have Intel RST drivers to see the storage drive to install Windows on. The link below is for sp146929 that contains the latest Intel RST divers (ver 19.5.2.1049). You just need to extract drivers with a file extraction utility such as 7-Zip and place them in a Windows installation USB drive.

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp146501-147000/sp146929.exe

You can create a Window11 installation usb drive from MS Media Creation Tool.

Download Windows 11 (microsoft.com)

After that you can take the following steps to start the installation:
1. Connect the Windows installation USB drive to the laptop.
2. Right click on the downloaded sp146929 file -> Show More Options -> 7-Zip.
3. The extracted folder named "sp146929" should be where the downloaded sp file is. Click on the folder then double click on the F6 folder to make sure it contains drivers as shown below.

4. Copy the F6 folder to the root directory of the Windows installation USB drive.
5. Boot the laptop from the Windows installation usb drive via F9 to start the installation. When you reach the screen where no drive is displayed, click on Load Driver.
6. Click Browse then double click on the USB drive. Select the F6 folder and click OK. Two drivers should be displayed (see below). Select either one and click Next. Now you'll see the drive displayed.

7. If it's not a new hard drive, existing partitions will be displayed. Delete each and every partition to see "disk 0 unallocated space" then click Next to proceed the installation.

I attached a zipped F6 folder. Unzip it and copy the F6 folder to the root directory of the Windows installation usb disk and go to step #5.
