HP does not keep records of Windows product keys.

That is why the product key label is on the PC.

If your product key is worn off the label, there is nothing you can do about it.

The only suggestion I can offer would be to buy a SATA to USB adapter.

Something like this:

Sounce USB 3.0 SATA III Hard Drive Adapter Cable, SATA to USB Adapter Cable for 2.5 inch (6.35 cm) S...

Put the old hard drive back in your notebook.

Plug the new SSD into the SATA to USB adapter and use cloning software to clone the hard drive's contents to the new SSD.

That way Windows should be activated when you install the SSD back in your notebook.

Macrium Reflect has 30-day trial cloning software you can use to do the cloning.

Macrium Reflect Free Trials

If the SSD has a larger or smaller capacity than the original hard drive, you will need to follow the instructions for how to clone a smaller disk to a larger one or visa versa.

So is there no way to get key back ? And can Microsoft help with this problem

HP Recommended

Definitely not for HP, but you can contact HP starting at the link below.

That's even if they will talk to you without you paying for support.

Contact HP | HP® India

You'd have to contact Microsoft support, but don't get your hopes up.

Since Microsoft no longer supports W7, your chances of getting help from them are also slim and none.

If you still have the mechanical hard drive, I have provided you with the easy solution to your dilemma.

Yeah I mean I still have hard drive but it makes ticking noises

As long as it still works and you can get into Windows, you should be OK with cloning the drive.
