Operating System: Chrome OS

My 14a-na003ca has blue symbols on some of the keys.  How do I access these?  I have tried changing the keyboard to various languages.  I have tried various combinations of alt, ctrl, alt gr and the search key in combination with the blue symbols.  I have tried all options on all of the various threads regarding these blue keys.  I have no FN key on my keyboard either.  

How do I access the blue symbols on my keyboard?
